For aromatherapy add 1-2 drops of your favourite essential oil to the wooden beads over a paper towel. Wait for the oils to absorb into the beads before wearing. Reapply once the scent wears off.

Measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape where you would like the bracelet to sit and add 1/2 inch for a snug or 1 inch for a looser fit to select your size. If your measurements put you in between sizes you should go up to the next size.
