Ordering and Payment
Orders paid in full will be put into our production queue. We will complete orders in first in/first out sequence. Lead time required to receive your order will differ depending on the time of the year and volume of items requested. If you have questions about your order or timing to receive an order you wish to place, you can contact us at any time – we are always available to assist you. 
Final shipping costs are calculated and billed separately once your order is complete and are based on distance, volume and weight. We will ship your order using the most economical carrier and service available to your area and will advise you of costs and shipment date as soon as we have confirmed the details. Depending on the area you should receive your order within 2 – 7 Business days from the date it is shipped. However we cannot control weather or other interruptions that may impact this timeline. If you need your order shipped more quickly please advise and we will cost it accordingly. For local clientele there is the option of picking up your order or having MOD deliver it for you. Please ensure you check the correct option when you complete your order.
Exchanges and Returns
Once your order is complete and shipped My Own Design usually will not accept exchanges or returns. However, we will gladly exchange any item that we determine is a quality defect. Size exchanges are also allowed, however a restocking fee will apply to each item exchanged. If your order is received incomplete please advise us and we will investigate.
