This trio of long resistance loop bands will level up any strength workout—and with light, medium, and heavy options, there’s one for every move and skill level. Each loop extends to a full-body size, perfect for exercises such as bicep curls, push-ups, or squat-to-presses. You can also double-loop them around legs for moves such as bridge lifts and lateral walks. Can also be used for stretches and training for dancers.
