How do I know what size shoes to order? 

Each shoe’s product description includes specific fit suggestions, usually starting with the wearer’s street shoe size.
Please note that children’s, women’s, and men’s shoes may fit differently.

How do I know what size tights to order?

Tight sizing varies slightly by brand. Each product description includes a size range to help guide your choice.

Note: Tights are sized based on height and weight, not age.

How do I know what size clothing to order?

Each clothing item's product details page contains a link to view a brand-specific specific size chart for your reference.

For leotards, the following measurements are needed:

  • Bust
  • Waist
  • Hip
  • Girth (torso)

What happens if the items I order don’t fit?

Provided the items are not worn & still have tags attached you can return them within 30 days of purchase. 

Can I exchange or return a product?

We do not do direct exchanges.  You must return the product for credit, and then re-order the item(s) you want.

Provided items are not worn/used and have tags attached &/or in original packages/boxes you can return for a full refund within 30 days of purchases.

In some circumstances a store credit will be provided rather than a refund. 

Some products are final sale and are not returnable, as follows: 

  • Tights and undergarments
  • Earrings
  • Cosmetics & self care products
  • Hair care & hair accessories
  • Shoes & socks worn on bare feet
Can I order shoes or tights that are not in stock online?

If the size/colour you need is out of stock you cannot order it online.

I want an item that is out of stock, can you order it in?

Yes. You will need to contact us and advise what you are looking for.

We will send a custom order for these items.  Once paid, we will order the items for you and advise when they arrive to be shipped/picked up. Special orders are final sale and may also include additional shipping fees. 

Note: some items are “fashion” and once sold cannot be re-ordered

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
I don’t see the colour or size I need what can I do?

You can contact us and advise what you are looking for

If it’s something we are able to order, we will send you a custom order. Once it is paid, we will order the item in for you & advise when it is ready to ship/pickup.

Note: these special order items are final sale & may include added shipping fees. 

What forms of payment does MOD allow?

Online orders are paid by credit card - Visa, Master Card & Amex

In person we also accept Interac Debit, and cash.

Do MOD offer payment installments?

Yes, you can use Shop Pay to pay for your online order in installments once your total is a certain amount.

If applicable this option is shown as an option before you complete your purchase. 

How do I find out about sales or discounts?

Subscribe to emails by registering online.

I want to order a bulk quantity of certain products, how do I do that? And Do I get a discount? 

Bulk purchases are available to certain groups/organizations. Contact us to find out if you would qualify for our bulk order options & pricing. 

If you are a dance teacher or dance studio contact us for further info. 

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free Nation-wide on orders over $125.00

Where is my order shipping from?

We ship online purchases from our boutique. Everything online is available in our store. 

When will my order ship?

We will prepare your order on the next day our store is open.

We will ship the order on the next weekday. We do not ship on weekends.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Local & within Ontario should arrive within 1 - 2 days

Out of Province can take 2 - 7 days on average

Note: weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your shipping time-line.  We always provide tracking for shipments so you can confirm delivery yourself. 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Your tracking # will provide those details

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship Canada-wide & to the USA

Will there be duties or tariffs on my order?

Duties apply to all orders shipped to the USA

These must be paid before items are shipped - we will advise the amount by email & collect it before shipping your items
